We are happy to offer a lay-by service on selected items. Our terms are as follows:
50% up front deposit followed by 3 fortnightly payments over six weeks.

Please let us know if your purchase is a gift and we can gift-wrap and add your personal message at no extra cost. Please note that our nappy bags cannot be gift wrapped as they are shipped directly from the supplier.
Exchanges and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is our first priority at The Baby Closet and that is why we gladly offer a full refund or exchange on any purchase (other than Furniture and Rugs) that is returned to us within 14 days of purchase (excludes sale items). Please see below for Returns Policy on Furniture and Rugs.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
If you wish to return an item, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include details of the item to be returned, invoice number, customer details and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once you have contacted us, we will issue you with a return authorisation number, which must be included with the returned item. Because we ensure a safe delivery of all our stock, it is our policy that all returns must be mailed back by registered post.
You will be responsible for all postage costs incurred in the shipping and back shipping of goods. The exchange or refund (net of shipping) will be processed when the goods are safely returned to us.
Olli Ella Gliders Cancellation and Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Olli Ella offer a 7 day cancellation policy on their Gliders and Ottomans from the date that your order was placed. Because all of their furniture is made to order, they are unable to accept cancellations or returns after this period.
Furniture and Rugs Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as no returns will be accepted on any Furniture or Rugs unless goods are faulty. Please email us at email@example.com if the goods you have received are faulty.
